The Eff Tee Party believes that hard work deserves dignity, and that means standing up for workers—not just in speeches, but in policy.
We’re pro-worker to the core. That means:
A livable wage for honest work
Safe working conditions that don’t treat people like disposable parts
Protection against exploitation, wage theft, and corporate abuse
Support for job training and trade skills, not just college pathways
Fighting corporate monopolies that kill small business and local jobs
Encouraging local ownership and entrepreneurship in every industry
Unions have been a powerful force for good in American history. They built the middle class, fought for the weekend, ended child labor, and gave workers a real seat at the table.
But we’re not blind cheerleaders. Some unions have become bloated, political, and disconnected from the people they claim to represent. That’s not what we’re about.
We support unions—but with a few reasonable checks:
✅ Transparency: Union leadership should be accountable to their members, not some political machine
✅ Focus on Work, Not Politics: Unions should fight for better jobs, not spend dues money on partisan nonsense
✅ Right to Organize, but No Forced Monopoly Bargaining: Workers deserve options, including forming their own associations
Small businesses, skilled trades, and local entrepreneurs are just as vital as factory workers.
We believe in balance—not picking winners, but making sure everyone has a fair shot.
If you’re building something, employing people, or just trying to survive the grind—we’re in your corner. No elite favoritism. No corporate carve-outs.
Bottom Line:
We back the people who work for a living—with their hands, their heads, or both.
We support unions that serve the people, not the other way around.
And we’ll fight for a labor system that’s free, fair, and future-ready.
